In all honesty many of us go from one extreme to another as we try to build our best life, which may seem unavoidable and even necessary in figuring out what works.
But does it really have to be so difficult or drawn out, is there really no other option to prevent the overwhelm and frustration.

I value the importance of intentional living and thriving with family and community, but believe its all about a realistic achievable balance. I started this blog because I have a passion for sharing my holistic wellness journey.
